A mother has been remanded in jail awaiting a preliminary hearing after being charged with killing her four-year-old son in London, reports RTE.
The 41-year-old Keziah Macharia is charged with killing Kobi Macharia Dooly.
Ben Dooly, who was born in Tramore, County Waterford, but has spent a considerable amount of time in England, is the father of Kobi, reports RTE.
After being discovered at his Hackney, East London, home on December 20, last year, the kid passed away from his wounds.
November 4th has been designated as the trial date.
On May 9, the defendant is scheduled to return for a case management hearing, reports RTE.
