Gardai in Co Meath have sadly confirmed that a woman aged in her 30s has died following a road traffic collision this afternoon.
It is understood that the woman was killed following a two vehicle collision on the R125 at Knockmark, Drumree, near the village of Dunshaughlin.
Gardai say the driver of the other vehicle a woman also aged in her 30s was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, for treatment.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
