A woman who allegedly screamed at a passenger and air hostess on a flight to Turkey has been banned from flying with EasyJet for 5 years.

According to the Daily Mail, the British woman was travelling from Luton to Bodrum in Turkey and had spent the flight arguing with her partner and, allegedly, hitting him.  Witnesses are said to have reported how the woman shouted at a man who asked her to stop arguing with her partner, saying:

“You take it out on him, and I’ll take it out on your bird.”

There were also reports that she had spoken to an air hostess who tried to get her to calm down, with one witness saying that the woman allegedly “threatened to smash the air hostess’s teeth in and sort her out”.

Children were said to be “screaming in fear” on the flight.  The couple were ultimately escorted from the aircraft by Turkish police.  The woman was banned from flying with EasyJet for 5 years, while the man received a 2-year ban.
