A woman sustained serious injuries in a two-car collision on Wednesday, while three children were unharmed in the crash.
The incident happened on the Freshford road near Kilkenny.
A woman in her 50s had to be cut out of the wreckage, but her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The occupant of the second vehicle involved was not injured.
