A financial risk analyst who claimed she was ripped off by someone dancing to a Michael Jackson song in a Dublin cocktail bar has settled her High Court claim, reports The Mirror.
Helen Mooney was at the Odeon Bar in Harcourt Street and tried to pass a group of five people, including two dancing women, when the accident happened on December 5, 2014.
She told the High Court that the woman, who was dancing with her arms crossed to Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean”, lost her balance and carried Miss Mooney down.
She says she fell and hit her head and ended up with a swollen forehead.
