We may have seen some big Lotto in Ireland and the UK over the past number of years, but they’re nothing compared to the Mega Millions draw that’s up for grabs Stateside on Friday night.
The Mega Millions jackpot increased to $ 490 million on Wednesday after all six numbers were not tied to tickets, the eighth-largest jackpot before Friday’s drawing.
Officials said there were four white five-ball tickets to win the game’s second prize of at least $ 1 million Tuesday night, but no one has tied all six numbers since Sept. 15.
Since the grand prize in September, more than 19.2 million winning tickets have been sold at all prizes, including 27 worth at least $ 1 million.
