There’s been more tragedy on this island’s roads after a motorcyclist in his 50s has died in a collision in Co. Antrim.
The accident happened at Quarterland Road in Dundrod, Co Antrim shortly before 7.15pm yesterday evening.
The man was declared dead at the scene with PSNI closing the road for the evening.
Gardai have advised people to drive slow this bank holiday as many people are travelling to and from home for the weekend.
