In revelations out of a fictional horror movie, the former Taoiseach Enda Kenny will be surely laughing all the way to the bank after he does the maths and sees what he’ll be paid for the rest of his life.
Mr Kenny will not just get a pension, he’ll be given one unbelievable golden handshake of some €378,000.
But the good news doesn’t stop there for the 66-yr-old career politician. Oh no, how on earth is anyone meant to live on €378,000 for their retirement…
Enda Kenny will receive a further €126,000 per annum for the rest of his life.
That equates roughly to around €340 a DAY for the rest of his life.
No wonder he kept saying the recession is over, it certainly is for the former Taoiseach.
