The extremist organization ISIS has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack on a convoy carrying Coptic Christians in Egypt yesterday.
At least 29 people died and over 20 were injured after ISIS operatives ambushed the convoy near the Egyptian town of Minya, some 150m south of Cairo.
Following the attack, Egyptian air force assets launched airstrikes on suspected militant positions across Derna in neighbouring Lybia.
