An eight-year-old boy is in a serious condition in hospital today, following a collision with a vehicle.
The incident happened at around 4.45pm, on the Shanganagh Road in Shankill, near the Hazelwood estate, Dublin.
The diver of the van was not injured. The child was rushed to Temple Street Hospital in Dublin, where his condition is described as ‘serious’.
