An 8-year-old schoolboy tragically lost his life after being struck by a car in Co. Derry yesterday evening.
The incident happened at around 8pm just outside a service station in Maghera, Co Derry.
Police in the north are asking witnesses to come forward and call 101, quoting reference number 1212 20/09/18.
