Under new plans by the Trump administration people who accused of sexual misconduct on college campuses in the US will be entitled to due process, Forbes reported.

Now feminist activists are expressing outrage that people who are accused of sexual misconduct or harassment will not be punished without proof that a crime actually took place according to criminal standard of evidence.

In 2017, Trumpā€™s Education Secretary Betsy DeVos introduced new guidance which annulled the 2011 Obama administrationā€™s ā€œDear Colleagueā€ letter that discouraged colleges from using police as the primary investigators as they make seek actual evidence of the accusation, Breitbart reports.
