The man of the moment Peter Casey is going to take a brief time out to decide on what’s best for his political future.
Peter declared in Sunday Independent that he he intended on joining the Fianna Fail party and eventually becoming Taoiseach.
However, speaking on last night’s “The week in politics”, Fianna Fail’s Niall Collins appeared to shut the door on Peter joining the party.
A Fine Gael TD also said that there would be no place for Peter Casey in their party as they fundamentally disagree with him on his issues.
It’s understood that Peter is en route to India this week to launch his latest book.
What do you think Peter should do? Start his own party? Tell us in the Facebook post comments.
