Gardaí in Co Louth have confirmed two people have been taken to hospital with stab wounds following an incident Dundalk this evening.
According to RTÉ News, the two injured who are from the same family were taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, after a disturbance broke out at a house in Doolargy Avenue area of the town.
Gardaí say a number of people have been arrested following the incident.
