Gardai in Co Roscommon are currently searching for a group of men following an armed robbery at a bank in Strokerstown.
The manhunt comes after four armed men robbed a bank Bank of Ireland branch in the town earlier this afternoon.
It is believed the four men entered the bank which is located on Main Street, armed with a handgun and iron bars.
It is alleged that staff working at the bank were threatened by the group during the incident which occurred at approximately 3pm.
Gardai say the group fled the scene in a black Audi car in the direction of Elphin. They also say thankfully no one was seriously injured in the incident.
