Gardaí in Co Sligo have confirmed they have arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with the disappearance of Natalia Karaczyn.
It is understood the arrest comes after a nationwide appeal was issued Monday after Ms Karaczyn went missing from her home on Sunday the 29th of April.
Gardai say the man is currently detained at Ballymote Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984.
