Heavy metal band Eagles of Death Metal rumoured to be playing a gig in Paris less than a month after the horrific terrorist attacks

It has been widely reported that heavy metal band the Eagles of Death Metal will play a gig in Paris less than a month after the horrific terrorist attack which included shootings at the Bataclan venue which claimed the lives of 89 people.

According to leading U.S. music website Billboard, the rock band will support Irish rockers U2 on stage at their upcoming concert at Paris’ AccorHotels Arena on Sunday evening. Although the news has not yet been officially confirmed, the Californian rockers have said that they would like to be the first band to play the Bataclan when it reopens.

However the band cold be soon appearing on stage in the French capital sooner than you think as a former band member (Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme) is also rumoured to make a special appearance and join the band on stage for a duet with U2 which will be the final song of the evening.
