Kevin Moran, a Co. Mayo man in his early 30s, has reportedly lost his life as a result of a road collision in Australia.
The incident took place last Friday, according to local media.
Mr. Moran was a native of Cushlecka, Mulranny, County Mayo. He had been living in Australia for a number of years.
It is understood that he was a talented rugby player, having played in the underage team with Connacht, and later with the Westport Bulls.
