The Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey has been charged in connection with the alleged indecent assault.
According to reports in the US, Spacey who has faced accusations of sexual misconduct, was charged with indecent assault and battery on Monday.
It is alleged that the former House of Cards star assaulted an 18-year-old man in at a restaurant in Nantucket, Massachusetts, in 2016.
The actor is alleged to have inappropriately touched the man whilst at the restaurant.
Spacey is scheduled to appear in court on January 7th.
