The National Lottery have revealed that Wednesday’s winning Lotto Plus 2 ticket was purchased in Co Laois.
In an announcement, National Lottery chiefs confirmed that the winning €250,000 ticket was bought in a Super Valu stone in Main Street Abbeyleix.
The lucky numbers drawn in Wednesday night’s draw were 8, 12, 22, 23, 24, 26 with the bonus number being 27.
The lucky win comes as there were yet again no winners of the main jackpot worth just over €5.6m.
