Mixed reactions to Dublin and Belfast’s protests of Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding rape trial verdict

There’s been a mixed reaction on social media to protests held in both Dublin and Belfast to voice their opinions in regards to the recent verdict during the Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding rape trial.

Protesters were there seemingly to support the woman in the rape trial with posters claiming to believer her rather than the men who were found not guilty.

Meanwhile further protests in Belfast, Cork, Galway and Limerick also seen a large attendance with many turning out to voice their opinion in regards to the verdict.

The protests were met with mixed views though as some people are claiming that the men have been found not guilty and should be allowed get on with their lives now.
