Gardaí in Raheny Dublin have confirmed that one person has been taken to hospital following a fire earlier this evening.
In a brief statement a spokesperson for Dublin Fire Brigade said one person has been taken to hospital following a fire in the Edenmore area.
They also say the fire has since been brought under control and the individual taken to hospital is being treated for smoke inhalation.
