There has been an public outcry of anger and frustration after the latest homeless person was found dead on a Dublin street on Friday.
Gardai confirmed yesterday afternoon that a homeless man aged in his 50s was found dead in his sleeping bag in Dublin’s city centre.
The man was tragically found dead on Ryders Row adjacent to Parnell Square shortly before midday.
It’s understood that the man was an Irish national.
There have been calls for the Taoiseach to actually do something, anything, to try and tackle the homeless crisis once and for all but alas, his focus this week was to campaign hard for abortion on demand up to 12 weeks.
Another member of the Dail people are calling on to do something is Minister for Health Simon Harris, again he’s following in his leader’s footsteps and seems to be completely ignoring the issue and campaigned alongside Varadkar for abortion on demand up to 12 weeks.
