Police in the North have confirmed they have arrested a man in connection with a double stabbing incident which occurred at a bar in Co Armagh over the weekend.

The arrest comes after two men both aged in their 40’s were attacked by the man at a pub on Main Street, Belleeks, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It is believed the two men both suffered wounds to the neck and hand and required hospital treatment after the incident, although it is thought their injuries are not life-threatening.
