We asked our readers whether they, or whether they thought the public, supported a potential Gardai strike next month.
The results show an overwhelming support for the gardai with over 80% in favour of supporting a potential strike. However, the comments section on our Facebook page showed that many, many people were still angered by the garda presence at last year’s Irish Water protests and meter installations.
