Businessman and former Dragon’s Den participant Sean Gallagher is said to be strongly considering a second run for the Aras later this year.
Gallagher was miles ahead in the polls in 2011 when an infamous “tweet” on RTE’s Primetime seemed to throw the election and he came second to Michael D. Higgins.
According to RTE, Gallagher has already registered a website called SeanGallagher2018.com
If Gallagher does throw his hat in the ring, he’ll be the second ‘dragon’ to enter the 2018 race as Gavin Duffy has already declared he’s running.
