Sinead O’Connor has received massive praise online from social media users after she flippantly joked about not being suicidal anymore purely to stop Bono talking pure and utter muck at her funeral.
Sinead O’Connor came out hard to tweet that one of the reasons she’s no longer suicidal is the fact that she couldn’t stand that thoughts of Bono talking pure muck at her funeral.
The 51-yr-old singer recently converted to Islam and no goes by the name Shuhada’ Davitt.
She took to Twitter to “joke” about Bono.
‘You wanna know what finally stops me whenever I feel suicidal (rarely) since 2016 (ain’t done anything silly since then) is the idea Bono might speak at my funeral ; ) #ReasonsToKeepLiving.

The Nothing Compares 2U singer then did an impression of Bono which was brilliant:
She said: ‘Sinead, Magda, Shuhada’, what’s her name – oh wasn’t she just so much trouble? Girls are supposed to be beautiful and sexy and all of that stuff. ‘But oh, didn’t we love her, national treasure – bleh. ‘Reasons for living, definitely best reason for living. Must stay alive longer than Bono. Sorry Bono, but I couldn’t fucking resist.’
Social media users said “finally Sinead says something that I agree with”, while another said “you couldn’t blame her!”.
