Step down or be pushed: Leo Varadkar calls out Enda Kenny for “disturbing and destabilising the government” over not saying when he’ll leave

The Minister for Social Protection Leo Varadkar has put pressure on Taoiseach Enda Kenny to step down or be pushed.

Varadkar fancies himself as the next leader of Fine Gael but will have to duke it out with Corkman Simon Coveney.

Varadkar said:
“The current situation is distracting and destabilising for the Government, the party and the country.”

In a sarcastic or condescending quip, Varadkar said he was “sure that Enda Kenny knew the right time to go for himself, the party and the country.”

Does anyone else see a heave coming along very soon?
