Gardaí say they have arrested three men during an operation targeting the sale and distribution of illegal drugs in the South of the country.
The three arrests come after Gardai searched 29 premises during the operation on Friday.
It is understood that officers along with the assistance of Revenue and Customs officials seized €13,500 worth of cocaine and cannabis herb during search operations in counties Cork, Tipperary and Limerick.
Gardaí say they also seized €8,000 in cash during the search.
They added the three men are currently being detained at Henry Street and Bruff Garda Stations, under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984
