During the inclement weather and storms that have made their way across the country, three people have been struck by lightning.
A man and two children have been taken to hospital in Northern Ireland after they were struck by lightning. The NI Ambulance Service said it was called to the incident in Lisburn, Co Antrim this afternoon.
The children have been taken to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. The man was brought to Lagan Valley Hospital.
The extent of their injuries has not yet been disclosed. Updates to follow.
