A 12 year old boy is in critical condition in hospital this morning after he was involved in a road traffic collision in Castlereagh East Belfast last night.
Police say the tragic incident happened on the Ballygowan Road yesterday evening. Reports say the young boy was struck by a car after stepping off a bus.
The PSNI also say they have carried out a full investigation of the scene in order to determine what happened.
