Two men have been charged after the fatal crash that left eight people dead on the UK’s M1 motorway yesterday.
The men, Ryszard Masierak, 31, and David Wagstaff, 53, have been charged on eight counts of dangerous driving causing death and four counts of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving.
It is understood that Masierak was driving over the alcohol limit when the crash happened.
