Uproar from No voters as Harris says abortions will be “free”, paid by the taxpayer and will not overwhelm health service

There’s uproar among pro life activists who voted No in May’s referendum that they’ll be indirectly forced to pay for abortions with their hard earned taxpayer money.

Harris has been forced to announce today that he thinks abortions will not overwhelm the health service in Ireland.

As anyone who has lived in this country for the past number of years knows, the HSE is put to the pin of its collar already and any further so-called “services” will obviously only add to that pressure.

Harris has come out to say that abortions will be “free” as part of the public health service – but that merely means that an allocation of hard earned taxpayers’ money will go to funding abortions in Ireland.

The Pro Life movement are saying they warned people of this pre-referendum day.
