Weather to remain largely settled and relatively mild for the next few days, as Ireland is set to avoid the extreme temperatures approaching the UK

Ireland’s weather is set to remain largely settled and relatively mild for the time of year, as it seems likely that the UK will bear the brunt of the approaching cold front.

Temperatures across British soil are set to sink to -10C at times, while Ireland will see highs of 5-10C over the coming days.

The next few days will be mostly dry and cloudy, with occasional bright spells and little to no frost at night.
