Around 100 tents have been dismantled and moved from Dublin’s so-called “tent city” this morning.
A total of 109 migrants were given a letter saying that they were committing an offence by staying in tents at the canal.
The moving event started at 5:50am this morning and saw buses take the migrants to Citywest, where the government says beds became available.
This is the third time tents have been removed from the Grand Canal is less than a month. Will they be back?
