The Delta (Indian) variant has begun to take hold across Ireland, casting doubt on the reopening of pubs and indoor hospitality.
Former Taoiseach appointee and current Tanaiste Leo Varadkar has said that a ‘dark cloud’ is on the horizon, hinting that pubs might not reopen on July 5 after all.
