A Syrian migrant in Germany who stands accused of instigating the gang rape of an 18-year-old German girl will appear before a juvenile court despite being 22-years-old.
Majd H. who was 22 at the time, is main suspect in the brutal four-hour gang rape of an 18-year-old girl in Freiburg, Germany which happened on October 14 last year.
The Muslim migrant attacked and raped the girl in the early hours of the morning after she left a nightclub before calling at least 9 other migrants to join him and rape the teenager.
Police have arrested all 10 men and are still hunting an 11th suspect.
All suspects are migrants and aged between 19 and 30.
Majd H. was already wanted on drugs charges by police at the time of the attack. According to the German newspaper Bild the warrant that was already issued for the migrant’s arrest before the gang rape described him as a “dangerous individual and a repeat offender, stating that it was highly probable that he might commit other offences, including grievous bodily harm, sexual coercion and exhibitionism.”
The migrant is also charged with the rape of another 19-year-old girl in 2017.
Majd lied about his age when he entered Germany with the waves of migrants that arrived when Chancellor Merkel made the catastrophic decision to open the countries borders to mass Muslim migration.
He is also thought to have links to the Kurdish militia group the YPG.
Germany has seen a spectacular rise in sex attacks and murders of women and children since 2015 when millions of Muslim migrants flooded into the country.
