On September 30, a 87 year old man was hit by a truck. Gardai are appealing for witnesses following the incident.
At about 4:13pm the man being a wheelchair user was knocked out of his electric wheelchair by a truck which is believed to be a Mercedes. The hit-and-run occurred at Hanlon’s Corner on the North Circular Road, Dublin.
The hit-and-ran victim was rushed to the Mater Hospital who later died on Friday, October 3rd.
Gardai who are investigating the incident are appealing for the any witnesses and for the driver to come forward.
