The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, as a man in his 30s has died after being hit by a car in the Rush area of Dublin on Friday.
It is understood that the pedestrian was crossing the Whitestown Road in Rush, Co. Dublin, when he was struck.
The victim was rushed to hospital but passed away today. The driver of the car was not injured.
