Finally it appears that summer may be coming! Frankly, it’s been almost freezing over the past week followed with heavy rainfall, but temperatures are finally due to take a turnaround.
The national forecaster, Met Eireann has given us some hope by claiming that temperatures will rise significantly next week, reaching 20-21C at times. The week will begin rather wet though, with widespread rain, heavy at times tomorrow.
Tuesday however looks like a much better day with rain clearing, especially on the east coast at first but over the course of the day and evening, the country will get a break from rainfall.
Things will start improving somewhat on Tuesday, with less in the way of rain and temperatures rising to about 19C.
Wednesday looks set to be a bright day with just a few scattered showers and mild weather.
