People aged 25 to 59 have been given some indication of when they should receive their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
In a tweet Fine Gael have outlined how Ireland’s Covid-19 vaccine roll-out will take shape.
According to the tweet which includes a graphic, people aged between 25 and 59 should expect to receive their first dose by June and July.
The graphic states that those aged 50 to 59 and those aged 35 to 49 will receive their first dose in June.
It also shows that that those in high risk category will receive their first dose by then, whilst dose aged 70 and over will be well vaccinated and those aged 60 and over will be well vaccinated with their first dose.
Meanwhile those aged 25 to 34 will be expected to get their first dose in July.
However despite the clear outline for those age groups, the graphic does not state when those under the age of 25 will be vaccinated.
It also states that the above projections are based on vaccine supply.
Based on current information, here is a guide to the #Covid19 vaccination rollout timeline over the next three months.
