A rail strike across the UK has brought most services to a halt today.
A total of 14 rail operators will run very reduced services across the country, with further disruption expected on Saturday, and also on March 30 and Saturday April 1, unless the ongoing row is resolved.
People are advised not to travel by train today unless absolutely necessary.
