Thousands of people have taken to the streets of Dublin to protest what many described as the unspeakable war crimes being carried out in Gaza.
The protest was organised by the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign and saw huge crowds march to the US Embassy, accusing the US of complicity with Israeli attacks.
A number of speakers from the Palestinian community said they have not been able to contact their family in Gaza after Israeli attacks have destroyed communications.
There were endless calls for an immediate ceasefire and for humanitarian aid to be allowed free access to Gaza.
Other protests organised today took place across Ireland in towns and cities including Belfast, Cork, Limerick and Letterkenny.
