Two people have been killed and many more have been injured injured after a hotel collapsed in Taiwan following a 6.4 magnitude earthquake.
According to Taiwanese state media dozens of people have been left trapped after the bottom floor of Marshal Hotel collapsed following the aftershock of the earthquake which struck the east of the island.
Local police authorities say at least two people have been killed, and many more suffered injuries during incident.
It is believed the earthquake struck before midnight on Tuesday, reports say a number of buildings have been damaged, whilst roads surrounding the popular hotel have been closed.
