Two water protests were held yesterday, one in Donegal, the other in Dublin.
Can’t Pay, Won’t Pay’ organised the protest march in Dungloe, Co Donegal.
Councillor Michael Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig attended the event, and said that up to 500 people joined the march.
RTÉ meanwhile put the numbers at around 300.
In Dublin, the ‘Cavan Says No’ and ‘Dublin Says No’ groups gathered at a ‘non-political’ protest outside the GPO.
About 200 people attended there.
