Appetite for Reunion: Axl Rose and Slash to bury the hatchet and reform Guns’n’Roses

It was back in the old days of 1993 that legendary rock band Guns’n’Roses played their last gig.

July 17, 1993, at River Plate stadium in Argentina, to be precise. The gig was the last one of their intense Use your Illusion tour, a journey that had taken the band in a grueling schedule across 27 countries, playing for more than 7 million people.

Exhaustion and personal issues took hold after that gig, and the band went on to a more or less state of break-up, with members following different paths in music.

But now, close to 2015’s end, there are reports that Axl Rose and Slash, the driving forces behind the band, have put away their differences and will reform Guns’n’Roses to play at California festival Coachella in 2016. It is understood that talks are also being held to follow Coachella with a stadium tour.

If you are a fan, stay tuned.
