The Bank Holiday Monday weather is set to remain calm and warm, with afternoon temperatures reaching 18C, but there’s a big change on the way.

The weather will take a turn for the worse tomorrow, Tuesday, as cloud cover increases, bringing rain to southern counties. It will remain very mild though, with temperatures ranging between 14C-18C.

Wednesday will be another wet day as rain spreads north, with conditions set to worsen on Thursday and Friday.

The overall outlook is for an unsettled period of sunshine and showers, but it will remain relatively mild throughout.
