Colette Cowan, the CEO of University Hospital Limerick has reportedly ‘gone on leave’ following years of disastrous overcrowding at the facility.
It is understood that an interim CEO will be put in place.
The hospital has consistently topped overcrowding lists for years, with little to nothing being done about it.
