Coffee lovers rejoice, as Caffe Nero plans to open 40 new outlets in Ireland, potentially creating 350 new jobs

If you like your coffee first thing in the morning, you might be interested to know that the Caffe Nero chain has outlined plans to open 40 new outlets across the country, with the potential creation of 350 new jobs in the process.

The UK-owned firm will invest €20m in Ireland as part of its expansion plans. It currently operates six outlets, five in Dublin and one recently opened in Drogheda.

Apart from its branded coffee, the company offers pastries, baked goods, freshly made panini, sandwiches, salads and pastas.
