The Muslim Monarchy of Brunei plans to adopt a Sharia penal code that would see homosexuals stoned or whipped to death for engaging in same sex relations.

There has been condemnation from across the world when it emerged what the Muslim leaders plan on doing.

The tiny far east country whose population is 84% Muslim adopted Islamic law in 2014 which introduced fines for “crimes” such as pregnancy outside marriage and failing to pray on Fridays.

Homosexually in Brunei, as in all Muslim majority countries, was already illegal and punishable by up to 10 years in prison but sodomy will now carry the death penalty by stoning as of April 3rd.

Brunei backed down from implementing full Sharia in 2014 due to international outcry but now plans to carry out the full implementation of the law of the religion of peace ASEAN SOGIE Caucus, a Manila-based human rights group, has confirmed.

Homosexuality is punishable by death in Afghanistan, Iran, Mauritania, Sudan, Nigeria, Yemen, Saudi Arabi, Qatar and Somalia while in other countries such as Iraq local sharia courts often condemn homosexuals death.

A broad survey of UK muslims in 2016 found that over half believe that homosexuality should be a criminal offence.

Strangely, the usually vocal Western LGBTIQCAPGNGFNBA movements remain relatively silent on this issue for some reason.
